Remove all clears every field, the dates and the hidden XMP block while keeping forms, bookmarks and links intact. Deep clean rebuilds the file from its pages alone, which guarantees nothing lingers but drops form fields, bookmarks and attachments.

Does this remove the text or images inside the document?

No. Only the descriptive information about the file. Content is untouched.
