Collate front and back scans

Scanning a double-sided stack on a single-sided scanner gives you two files: all the fronts, then all the backs, often in reverse. This tool interleaves them into one document in reading order, handling the reversed backs automatically.

How it works

1. Scan the fronts, flip the stack, scan the backs.
2. Drop the fronts file on the left and the backs file on the right.
3. Click Collate and download one two-sided document.

Questions about collate front and back scans

My backs were scanned in the normal order. What do I do?

Untick the "scanned last page first" box.

The two files have different page counts.

The fronts file should have the same number of pages as the backs, or one more if the last sheet was blank on the back. Otherwise the pairing is off.
